I would like to take this opportunity to update you on our quality and customer satisfaction initiatives.

Quality is our top priority for 2005. With this in mind, we are taking specific steps to improve our business processes and procedures. We have already added resources and implemented new processes to optimize our quality assurance process. Plans are in place to make further improvements that will ensure delivery of the best possible products and services to our customers. We are dedicated to creating satisfied customers.

In the months to come, we will continue to enhance our product and service portfolio to better meet your requirements. You can expect innovative new solutions from us that will help you deliver even better service management to your customers.

In regards to new products, this quarter's newsletter will provide you with additional information on our new Dynamic Scheduling Engine. This innovative and dynamic solution will help you address field workforce optimization, ultimately improving efficiencies and reducing costs. Additionally, we have a new Business Intelligence/Analytics solution that transforms your data into interactive and visually stunning dashboards, reports and visual analysis models. We will be holding a webinar on July 27, 2005 that will demonstrate our BI capabilities and how your organization can benefit. Business Intelligence will be the focus of next quarter’s newsletter.

As part of our ongoing product initiatives we will be hosting a variety of ongoing special interest groups. These groups will not only gather enhancements into the existing product, but also explore new product ideas. Working in collaboration with you, we can bring these products to the market. We will also be forming a Strategic Customer Advisory Board that will help us to continue to deliver innovative solutions and assist in driving the vision.
