Please Welcome Charles E. Faron as he joins Astea International to lead Client & Professional Services

Dear Customers,

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. I am Astea International’s new Senior Vice President of Client & Professional Services. In my new role I will direct all post-sale client activities, including implementations, client support, consulting, and quality assurance as well as provide technical support to our sales teams as necessary.

I come to Astea with over 27 years experience in professional services, IT consulting, EAI and business & technology outsourcing. Most recently I was the Division President of Service Connection an IT services subsidiary of PC Connection a $1.5 billion public company located in New England. Previously, I was the President & CEO of Navitas Technologies Inc. a high-tech, R&D and manufacturing company as well as the Vice President of Sales and Delivery at Canopy Int’l an EAI services and consulting firm and the Vice President of US Operations at Systems & Computer Technology Corporation (SCT), a multi-national, IT services & software company. While there I directed a full spectrum of IT solutions and services for global engagements. 

I have also played the role of Director of Corporate Information Technology for financial services, real-estate syndication, retail and international banking organizations.  

I attended Northeastern University, in Boston MA and Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business

The focus of my team will be towards the continued improvement of the quality and timeliness of our delivery and implementation efforts. Towards that end, we are reviewing our Client Services, Customer Support, Project / Account Management and Technical Architecture Consultants organization for process, procedures, methodologies as well as resources. It is our goal to be highly responsive, demonstrate a consistent sense of urgency and be as supportive as possible to our customers. We believe that these actions along with my commitment to quality and excellence in execution will serve our customers well.
