This year has been very busy for Astea and felt it was about time that we issued another customer newsletter to keep you posted on key events/topics. But more importantly I wanted to provide everyone with an update on our next Global Users’ Conference. As many of you already are aware, we decided to skip 2007 so we could shift our annual users’ conference to take place during Q2 rather than Q4. It seemed that the end of the year timing was difficult for many of our customers, and we want to make sure that we get as many of you as involved as possible. So we have decided to hold the conference during the week of May 18 th, 2008. Now we are still finalizing some details and one major detail to first solidify is destination, and that is where each of you come in :o)
We have been able to secure a fantastic rate ($110/ night) at a beautiful hotel located in Cancun, Mexico called the Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun. The Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun has been awarded the AAA Four Diamonds for 17 consecutive years. Before we finalize the selection I wanted to find out traveling out of the country presented any issues for corporate approval. Please click here to answer “Yes” – I would like to have it in Cancun or “No” – I would not like to have it in Cancun. Please submit all answers by September 25 th so we can begin finalizing arrangements and communicating details to each of you.
