Associate Business Consultant
Summary:
This is a challenging career opportunity for a recent College graduate working with our Business Consultants who provide service supporting our clients* complex business functions and the use of Astea*s applications. This position assists our skilled professional staff in providing solutions to complex business problems using both product knowledge and knowledge of business processes providing clients with an efficient, integrated business solution. Travel to client sites will evolve on average up to 90%

Responsibilities
- Work as part of a team to analyze clients business requirements and application objectives.
- Provide assistance with issue reporting, issue follow-up, patch delivery and testing
- Communicate business requirements for technical review in situations where a standards solution may not be possible and/or the preferred option
- Helps the consultant and/or client create end-user documentation and other documentation to support the new or redesigned business processes
- Works with Project Manager to prepare status reports on all project activities.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science (4 year degree) or related field (Computer Science, MIS, IT, etc)
- Either Co-op or Internship experience in a technical role
- Good communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 90%
