According to Gartner, the market opportunity is significant, “The Product Service Management (PSM) market will grow to almost $2 billion by the end of 2008, growing at a Cumulative Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of almost 25 percent.
Forrester states, “The growth engine will shift to front-office solutions – like sales, service, and supply chain – and away from the internally focused drivers – such as accounting.”
